Export to Excel is not working without F5

Hello all,

We have a problem exporting to xls in the AJAX client.

When pressing the button (XL) in Chrome, IE or Opera, nothing happens. But if you press F5 or refresh your screen the pop-up screen 'Excel.export' shows up so you can download your export.

Does anyone knows why it does not comes up in the first place, but only after a refresh of the screen?

We use QlikView server version 12.20.20300.0.

Hi Halmar,

Are you using Qlik web server or IIS?

This issue is related to redirecting the site.

We had the same issue and we fixed it by adding InterfaceLanguage=English in Settings.ini
