You can schedule the task for your QVW under the User Documents inside QMC.

Ashfaq,

if we need only reload, we do not need publisher. server is enough.

Qlikview publisher is needed when

distribute to a different folder

distribute to the selected users and groups

reduce documents by field value

distribute by pdf

send email notifications

we need to reload from different datasources simultaneously for a Qlikview document

Hi Nuthan,

All your understanding is correct.

I will just add few points to publisher.

1)Proper security will be implemented by publisher itself. Where as with server its not.

This is very much possible with server only.
