That is the easy part. He then did some stuff to the scale&nbsp; and min/max so that the two axis were always equal. He also placed an image underneath the chart having a 45 degree line. Customers who fall below the line are not performing as well as they did last year.</P><P></P><P>Does this sound familiar to anyone?
