    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I recall watching a video on YouTube where the presenter created a scatter chart having this years' sales on one axis and last years' sales on the other. That is the easy part. He then did some stuff to the scale&amp;nbsp; and min/max so that the two axis were always equal. He also placed an image underneath the chart having a 45 degree line. Customers who fall below the line are not performing as well as they did last year.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does this sound familiar to anyone? Does anyone have the link?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
