    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;From the QlikView reference manual, it states: &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ADMIN rights are only relevant for local documents! Documents opened on a Server are always opened with USER rights. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If that's the case, what would be the best way to allow a group of users to create objects on the server, and another group of users to not have that privilege?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I want to have a group of "Power Users" that can create their own charts, and a group of "Users" that can only view what's already been created.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I do not wish to use Section Application to hide/show different sheets with different privileges on them, or distribute two separate versions of the same document. Those seem like sloppy and unnecessary solutions. Is there a better way to do this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
