Scroll Bar Design

I am trying to change the scroll bar icon to a different design? How do I do this?

There are only three styles available. You can choose between those using the Scroll Style option on the Layout tab. If those do not suffice you can try hacking the qlikview dll's.

How do you get to the scroll style option? I understand it is in the layout tab but is that tab in the document properties, sheet properties, etc?

Depends on the scope you want it applied to. If you set it in the Document Properties then every object you create afterwards will use that setting. If you want to change it for a single object you change it in the properties window of that object.
