Trusted Connection in Qlikview

Hi Team,

I hope some of you can help me or point me in the right direction.

I have a clusted Qlikview App servers and 2 web servers (IIS). The Qlikview server and the Webservers(IIS) are in different domain.

For example Qlikview server is in Domain A and the webserver is in domain B.

I am facing an issue in Qlikview Accesspoint Welcome message. It is showing domain/userid instead of UserName.

somebody suggested I need to create a Trusted connection between these servers to solve this issue.

1. Is it possible to create a trusted connection between these servers by editing any Qlikview config files?

2. Shall I contact my network team for creating the trusted connection?

3. Is it cause any security issues if I will create trusted connection between these servers?
