Hi,

From times to times I received user complained about some option is not available in Qlikview Report. This option is a control element in the report where only certain Qlikview user group can access.

After looking into the issue, I believe this is due to user is trying to open the report before they log into our corporate intranet. However, when they tried to log back into the network, the state of the Qlikview Report still showing BLANK username.

This issue is not happening in other browser like Firefox or IE.

I am not sure if this is an issue of Chrome or an issue of Qlikview. How can I make Qlikview Access Point to check/or refresh the username everytime the report is clicked (so that the username reflects the real user)? Is this the work around for issue like this in Chrome?

In the attach diagram, it shows that the username is blank in Chrome, but when I open the same report in IE, I can see my username in the field.

Any suggestion to resolve issue like this?

Thank you,

David
