      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi friends after successful completion of scripting to one country stuck with incremental load scalability.Issue facing scenario is to perform incremental load no date or time stamp,to do incremental load &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We get data to shared server in data folder from each country we get 6.text files in loading each country has Accounting period &amp;amp; Reporting office&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Naming convention of files are&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;112_Jamaica_05-01-2014_retailsale. txt&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;112_Jamaica_05-02-2014_retailsale. txt&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;120_Ind_05-01-2014_grosssale. txt&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;120_Ind_06-01-2014_gross sale.txt&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here ,Reporting office:112,120&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Accounting period:mm-dd-yyyy(05-01-2014)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Condition 1:For same Accounting period and reporting office records are to be replaced&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Condition 2: For different Accounting period and reporting office concatenate to previous month &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please do needful help on issue actually this is my first project on QlikView.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Suppose For same A/c period &amp;amp; Reporting Office: Records are Replaced&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For Different&amp;nbsp; A/c period &amp;amp; Reporting Office: Concatenate to previous month&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have Primary key:Policy Number in our case there is no need of Insert,update and delete&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please give right solution to work on&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;So it's not really a typical incremental load scenario(to be honest I only read your caption of the post earlier &lt;IMG src="https://community.qlik.com/legacyfs/online/emoticons/silly.png" /&gt;). Here, you can fetch the filename using FilaBaseName() and store it in a variable, then check the various section like reporting office, accounting period ... probably using&amp;nbsp; subfield( vFielName, '_', 1/2/3..). Once the information is with you in diffrent variables, you can conditionally decide if the load is to be concatenated or overwritten.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
