Calender issue

Hi All,

I have one period column order date in my data. For this i need to create master calendar.

My requirement is as per company standards fiscal year will start from November of every year and need to consider November as first month for every year. Here requirement is if date is November-2014 then i need to convert it as first month of 2015 like 2015/01

and if date is January-2014 it needs to convert as 2014/03(3rd month of 2014),

if date is Apr-2014 it needs to convert as 2014/06(6th month of 2014),

if the date is October-2014 needs to convert as 2014/12 (12th month of 2014)....

Like the above i need to convert, I tried a lot to achieve this but i didn't get exact result.

Could you please guys somebody take a look into this and give me some suggestion would be great help for me.
