In straight table I want to sort my sales value is descending order ?? how can I??

trying to do it from sort tab but not happening...

please help

Don't know why you are getting that though the process is right you have applied. Could you please upload sample qvw?

if you have one dimension you can sort by Y value on the first dimension in the sort tab, if you have more than one dimension you can sort by expression in the sort tab and put there the sales expression.

Since its a straight table you can use Interactive sort also. make sure its enabled.

Chart properties ---> Sort --> check "Allow Interactive sort"

You will be able to sort the table by double clicking on the dimension or expression name
