Hi,

is it possible to add dimesnion to gauge chart?

if yes? then why everbody used to say without dimension is gauge chart?

Hi,

You can add Dimension to Gauge chart but it won't works, Gauge chart is to view the performance for a selected criteria. So dimension should not be added.

Then i have seen few charts they have been used calculated dimension?

Hi,

Even you use chart will ignore the dimensions/Calculated Dimensions.

Hi Manoj,

Check this from Qlikview help file

Gauge Chart

Charts are graphical representations of numerical data. It is possible to switch between different representations of an existing chart, by changing the Chart Type in the Chart Properties: General page.

Gauge charts are used to display the value of a single expression without dimensions.
