Google Map not Showing on Access Point

google map cluster when open on desktop it work on fine but when open on Access Point then map not showing what we do the wrong please suggest .

Do you have a proxy defined on the server ? Logon to the server as the account that is running the services and in IE , check the proxy settings. You may need to clear or create an exception for the servers IP.

Dear QV experts,

I am also facing similar issue. It's working fine on server application, but it's not working on access point.

Is there any extra setting needed to resolve this?

Does the service account running QVS have rights on the proxy server to access the public internet?

Hi,

I have done the following setting & its work for me.

First check the following setting on QMC,

System-> Setup-> Qlikview Server -> Security -> Allow Extension checkbox should be checked.

then make sure that in the following path Extension object files should be there on server.

C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\QlikViewServer\Extensions\Objects

Hi,

Try setting offline attribute to 'Yes' in server for this particular document. Faced the same issue of googlemap coming up in seerver, but not in accesspoint and got resolved by setting this attribute.
