Hi All,

Any one help?

Right now I cant see any option to create report in AccessPoint, How can my user will create their own reports from AccessPoint? I am using IIS AJAX.

Is there any plugin available to enable that? It is showing as below.

What do you mean by report here,

Is that you mean PDF report?

or creating charts on Access point Dashboard?

The reports refer to reports that were pre-authored using the QlikVIew desktop . They represent custom PDF views of the dashboard leveaging dashboard objects dragged and dropped onto a PDF page canvas.

The user would need to install QlikView desktop to author these PDF reports, and either download the QVW from access point or opening the QVW from a share drive.

As an alternative you can allow users to create their own shared objects...iE: new sheets on the dashboard with their own dashboard widget.

PS: the last capability is OK with QlikView but much better in Qlik Sense.

Creating PDF reports via accesspoint. User should be able to drag and drop widgets into WORD/PDF reports and print for their purpose.

All widgets will be created with DESKTOP version. User only drag and drop to PDF or Word file and print those.

Is it possible with any Plugin OR any alternative available??

Hi,

With access point this is not possible.

You can consume already created report.

But you cannot create a new PDF report o accesspoint.

Users may create reports if they are using the IE Plugin client. The option is not available for Ajax client.
