Set analysis or load statement?

Which one is a better choice if i have an option to use any amongst them to get my result?

based on requirement we can choose weather use set analysis or load

it is always better to provide something in the script (e.g load Statement).

better have it in the datamodel than somewhere hidden in Chart definitions

then it will be computed only once and not every time you open a Chart

I believe size of data matters here. If have too much data and u r doing a complex formula better to have it in the load script. if your data size is less and calculations are simple go for set analysis. I prefer to have everything on the script end since in set analysis if your data increases in future char calculation and rending will take more time.
