Hi

I am having trouble with getting some fields to work in combination. There are three fields - level, residency and target. The target is only applicable if one particular value is selected in each of level of residency. If any other combinations are selected, the target is irrelevant and should be deselected. I can set up a condition so that the target field only shows if the other two variables are valid choices BUT once this has been done, the users can then select the other categories in level and residency and the target selection still holds. How do I set something up so that if the categories selected in level AND residency do not fit the criteria we want, the target is cleared?

For example

If Level = UG and Residency = Home then Target applies

If Level = UG and Residency = Overseas then Target does not apply

If Level = PG and Residency = Home then Target does not apply

If Level = PG and Residency = Overseas then Target does not apply

So if someone has selected UG and Home and then Target, how do I clear target if they change their selections? They could change one or both of the other fields AND they could add to their existing selections (i.e. Level = UG AND PG).

Thanks for your help

Alison
