Failed Open Document

I need help with this issue!

I'm trying to modify a Qv file copied from server to my pc, but when I try opening, I get this error attached.

This file was previously developed by me with my desktop personal edition; but it does not allow me modify it anymore.

What is the error? There is not attachment can you reattach?

Yes, would be helpful to see the exact error message.

If the file was opened and saved by the QV server software, your personal edition license is probably removed and you won't be able to open it without the known warning / error messages (guess you know the PE limitations).

If this is the case, try leasing a license from the server to get a fully licensed version, then reopen the QV file.

What type of file it's allowed to upload,?

It's showing "That image type is forbidden."

for png and jpeg.

Hmmm? Not sure about this error? But as Stefan suggested do you have a licensed version on your desktop? Is it possible to share that file here if it is not a confidential data or scramble the data and share ?

I guess this it's a license matter as you mentioned! I will go deeper with IT to see what's wrong with my licenses version.
