Time difference based on First Complete Status

Hi Team,

I want to find the time taken from "In Process" to "Complete" by Team Wise/Month wise etc..

Here the problem is for some reason we have few more entries as "Complete".I want to find the time difference from "In Process" to first "Complete".

Kindly review the sample data and help me.

one possible solution:

=Interval(Min({$<Status={'Complete'}>} Date)-Min({$<Status={'In process'}>} Date), 'DD hh:mm:ss')
