The trigger from alert could also triggered a macro. Writing data into a file will only work in fat-client or IE. Possibly a choice is to write the data into a variable.

- Marcus

You can't triggering a macro from alert directly but you could do same condition-check parallel in a variable with an OnChange-Trigger. An another possibility could be to check the receiving from a mail message (with certain parameters) within your mail client and then react from extern.

- Marcus
