How do you set a scale on the x-axis?

How do you set a scale (min, max, and the step) for the x-axis? My x-axis (EPO dimension) has values ranging from 18-300 and I want to force the x-axis to go by 20s from 0 to 300.

I read someone mentioning that under the Presentation tab there is a dimension limit where I can set these parameters but I don't have that (see attachment). Any ideas how I can manipulate the scale on the x-axis?

Example of what I want:

This is my data

X-axis Y-axis

18 50

50 100

300 150

I want to create a graph where the x-axis doesn't just show 18, 50, 300 on the x-axis but that goes from 0 to 300 in intervals of 20

goto the axes tab. supply values for the Static Min and Static Max for the X-Axis.
