Qlikview Server User ID Creation and Authorization

Hi,

I have a requirement that the users being created for qlikview dashboards should be created through a form on DB and the dashboard should also be assigned to the user through that form and also the section access be implemented to that particular user from that same form.

for example if a new user is to be created for an HR dashboard there should be some kind of form on DB in which I enter the the username for the new user and select HR Dashboard and a region North for that user and as a result the New user should be created and able to access only the NORTH region data in HR dashboard.

Right now this is being done manually. Is there any API or something that can help me integrate this scenario?
