I've restarted it but still get the message.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How do I restart using services.msc ? I don't know that method...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks a lot for your help&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello everyone,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Because I had several problems with the tasks reload in Qlikview Management Console, I restarted all the Qlikview services.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But now, the Access point is not working. When I go to Access Point, it's written "Message : No server".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I go in QMC, to System&amp;gt;Setup&amp;gt; Qlikview Web Server, in summary, the message is "The Web Server is currently not responding".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and :&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"If you receive the Not Responding message, and the Qlikview Webserver Service or Qlikview Webserver Settings Service is running, it may be due to network error or firewall issues"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I go to Services, I have :&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Qlikview Directory Service Connector&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Qlikview Distribution Service&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Qlikview Management Service&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Qlikview Server&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and that's all, nothing about Qlikview web server...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What could I do ?       <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;have you tried to restart Qlikview Server&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and also start qlikview services then again restart qlikview server hope it helps&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
