where i get mobile format(send to mobile) in access point.

I think first you need to check the option "Mobile Client" in Management Console.

select the Document >> Availability and Select "Mobile Client"

then in the access point you will see option for "Small Device Version",

only for those document, you have checked "Mobile Client" in Management Console

Another consideration is that not all the object works ok in the small devices and you have to modify some size of any object or style

I agree with Fernando, for that it is best you use the "full browser" mode or if the end user have apple products ( IPAD, mini IPAD or Iphones),they can install the IOS Offline client from the app store.
