Avg is an aggregation function. Since Avg is an aggregation function it's possible to use set analysis in it.

RangeAvg is not an aggregation function, but takes a list of values instead and calculates the average over the list of values. NumAvg is a deprecated function that is being replaced with RangeAvg. The RangeAvg function doesn't support set analysis.
