    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi qlikies,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Need an urgent help please!!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is a severe issue in accessing qlikview application.When i try to access the access point i am receiving an error: Message: No server.When i look into the event log it is throwing this error:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;H3&gt;PGO: Failed to open C:\FTP\2nd_floor\CalData.pgo. Error: 5. Time: 0 ms&lt;/H3&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help me resolving this issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thirumalai&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Thirumalai,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check CalData.pgo file is available or not on respective location.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I guess, file store data related to assign CAL to users and which is deleted.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Assign CAL license to user, and then try to open from access point.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-- Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Vishal Waghole&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
