Hi all,

After reading through the different QV licenses i'm a little confused as to why i would need a server license in my case.

I want to be able to allow 5 users to open a QVW file that i made and develop when necessary.

Now i wonder if i need to buy a QV server license or will it be possible to place the QVW on a network drive and letting the users (each will have a desktop QV license) open the QVW?

you can restrict the no. of users either giving them named cal or by applying section access

you can use a netwrok share with 5 desktop license; the user can open the qlik doc in qlik full client (the same you used to develop the document)

you can buy the server and the server license; the user can open the doc in any browser, or (it depends on license type) in qlik full client
