Send Email Alerts to different people

Hi,

I want my qvw to send an email to different users using the product, when a condition is met. These users use different domains. I setup our server information in the Settings>User Preferences> Mail Tab so that emails are sent from our account, and set the condition in the Tools>alerts. However, the email is only being sent to the email addresses of our domain. Any other email addresses which have a different domain are giving me an error.

Any ideas please?

Thanks for your reply, I followed that document but since the recipient email has a different domain from that of the server information, it is giving me this error:

Cannot connect to server. Last Response: Unexpected RCPT To response. Last response: 550 5.7.1 Unable to relay
