Filter list box triggered by an action

Show the number and list of customers not buying a particular product:

We are able to show the number of customer not buying particular products but when we click on the number the customer list does not reflect the customers not buying the particular product instead it shows all customers minus the ones which are not buying the particular product (reverse)

If we click on count of customers(text box) then the No. of Customer list should show only the customers not purchasing the product xyz. We tried a lot of ways but could not get it – either way the No. of customers shown is incorrect.

='(' & concat({<ProductName -= {'xyz'}>} distinct ProductName, '|' ) & ')'

We are triggering this filter through the Action functionality in there the search criteria we use is on the ProductName field. We tried using -= for excluding the particular product but that did not work.
