UK Region and/or County level SVG map Qlikview example needed

Dear users,

1) Does some one have or could create a simple Qlikview app that would show how to create a SVG Map detailing either the UK Regions, such as East Anglia, Midlands etc or the UK Regions such as Norfolk, Cornwall etc. Ideally both.

upload a Qlikview app on here would be great

2) Also if anyone has some kind of decode table that allows UK postcodes to be assigned to the best fit SVG Map Regions and Counties that would be also very useful. I'm guessing this could be achieved through the first 2 letters of the Postcode.

A simple excel doc would probably do the trick

Yes i am going through that document at the moment but I seem to get an error. See below

I think I need to access the xml file , to add in the sgv, but I am struggling to find where this is by the document details.

was hoping an actual working example may shed some light
