      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tend to go the pragmatic way about those things:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;=&amp;gt; Your datamodel is "perfect" - good, that is - when it works and the results you get are correct. The "best practices" are all interesting and helpful and can help you make your datamodel slimmer and more efficient in terms of resource_usage - but generally, when it works, you're ok. You can go from there.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;One thing to look at closely is your keyfields - a key in a masterdata_table should always be unique, not so in a transaction_table.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;DataNibbler&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;once the data model was done, &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;we need to validate the data from the data source&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;based on the metrics we can use queries and can can validate the data&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;we need to identify the data flow, so that accordingly we can load the data.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;we can use left keep/join so that only relevant data can be loaded.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;shortly if data was validated from the data source, our data model was good&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
