send to pdf for multiple selections

Hi All,

I want to send a qlikview sheet to pdf. The problem is I want to do that for multiple selections of a field,and I want to append it to the same pdf.

Dear Anju,

Here is the solution for your problem,

Step 1:

First of all you have to install internet explorer extension for image capture (dashboard capture). Through which you have to capture all the dashboard images.

Step 2:

Through 3rd Party tool you can merge all the images and generate the pdf or through Microsoft Word 2007 you can generate the pdf.

Hi Ishfaque, Thank you so much for the reply. I am able to send the report to pdf one by one for each individual selection. Is there any way to automate it so that it will append to the same pdf for all the selections? Thanks, Anju

You can get your report to print for each value in a field by using the Banding options by page or report. You can also modify this by selecting a 'Current Selections / Clear All / Bookmark' option.
