Character Limit in Search

Hi All

I am aware that we can search multiple values in a List Box/Search Box by separating it by a space.

Is there any limit to the search string? I read that it allows only 1024 characters. Please advise

You can use an input box with a variable to store the search string values and use a Select in Field action to apply the selections. See this discussion for an example: Re: Copy and paste selections

I donot want to add an input box.

All I want to confirm is whether the search over any List Box has any character size limitations ?

Every text input control has a character size limit, so yes the search over any List Box also has one.
