Show Conditional does nothing in one app.

I've been able to use the Conditional Show feature on the layout tab to toggle the visibility of objects in projects before. However, I have a .qvw that I'm working in now and no matter what I do, the Conditional Show will not do anything. All objects are always visible.

I've even tried simply setting the condition to '0' and a chart will not hide. It happens on every object on every sheet of the document.

Is there some sort of global setting for a document that could disable this? Or could there be another condition going on that is preventing it for some reason?

Settings->Document Properties->Securities-> Uncheck 'Show All Sheets and Objects'
