Nprinting Multi engine performance

Hi,

I am working with a banking client and we have couple of 4 "N printing" reports with almost 27 thousand recipients ( Means one report need to get printed for 27000 times with different recipients) and for a single report which is 600 MB it is taking almost 3 hours since we have 4 reports then it is almost taking 12 hours which starts at night 1 AM. As it is taking more time now our Manager want this time to come down to 1 hour for each report and at present we have the N PRINTING configuration with 18 core processors with 256 GB ram and 4 N printing engines.

Looking if any one can help me in increasing the performance especially to get down the time to one to 1.5 hours instead of 3 hours.
