    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sometimes the Dashboard is cached so whenever you access the Dashboard the browser retrieves the data from Cache instead of server.&amp;nbsp; To avoid this you need to clear cache by clicking Ctrl + F5 or &lt;SPAN style="color: #3d3d3d; font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, Arial, 'Lucida Grande', sans-serif;"&gt;remove last document state&lt;/SPAN&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Jagan.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <title>Refresh/restore required after dashboard update?</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have one issue-- when we make a change in the dashboard, some users see the new file and some need to go into the access point and refresh/restore via view details/remove last document state. This seems especially true with full browser mode. It seems odd to require users to go into such a detailed step to avoid these unpredictable results.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family: Times New Roman;"&gt; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
