ole db connection issue

I established an ole db connection and received a successful message. When I clcked the ok button I get an error message OLE DB Provider SQL30082N Password Missing SQLState 08001 message. It appears the connection worked yet I get the error message. So the connection string will not load to Main window in edit script area. I am new to Qlikview.

Hello.

Try recreating your connection string and while doing it check the box "Allow saving password" (or something like it).

Hello everyone,

Can anyone tell the step by step procedure for connecting qlikview with Oracle 10g.Also tell me what are the things (like driver )should need to intall on system for data connetivity?
