Clear not working properly

Hi All,

When I click the "CLEAR" option to clear all the selections made its not working properly. All selections are only cleared when I clik "CLEAR" 2-3 times. Please help so that I can clear all selections with one click.

Could you post your sample qvw that shows the issue?

I think, you are using some trigger in your dashboard. May be that cause the issue. If not, can you post that file?

Yea, I am using many triggers in my dashboard. What approach should be made to clear all the selections when the 'CLEAR' button is pressed

Without view the triggers, its difficult to guess it.

Hi, I had the same and in my case it was triggers. If you clear something on selection, those clear tasks (each individually) will have to be done one by one. Hope this makes sense.

This problem can be solved by using Reset to Clear State in the drop down arrow of Clear Buttton
