Help: Qv cannot work under WIN8.1

The Qlikview licensed version works fine under WinXP in my company , but Personal version can not work in my home.

However, if I run Qv in VM then no issue...

I'm almost crazy, so I have to use my poor English to seek help.

Could anyone give some advice?

My environment is in below:

OS: Win8.1

Qv version: 11.20.12347.0 SR6 64-bit

The reproduce steps are in below.

Step 1. Open [Movies Database], the WebView is default to OFF.

No matter which report object I click, the UI is always no response.(means the UI won't change.)

The Qv application toolbar can work. I can click the button to write scripts & reload.

Right click menu can appear for a few times.

However, if I right click for approximately 10 times, the menu won't appear anymore...

If I click the report objects too fast, sometimes the QV application will occur rendering issue, like my screenshot.

Step 2. Swith to WebView.

Everything is correct !

Step 3. Trun OFF the WebView.

The report will be shown as all BLANK(somtimes Black), nothing in the layout anymore !

Have you installed QlikViewDesktop_x64Setup or QlikViewDesktop_Win8andUp?

Looks like a bug... Something for QlikTech support.

(I have a client on W8, also with problems, although different)

thanks for your reply, it seems I must continue use a VM to run the Qv...
