Quarantined Until (UTC) is Empty

In QEMC ----> System ----> Client Access Licenses (CALs) ----> Assigned CALs I see the following three columns:

Name	------ Last Used (UTC) ----------	Quarantined Until (UTC) ^*

I thought that QV would automatically delete the Assigned CAL for a certain user if they hadn't logged on in 24 hours. However, I see users with assigned CALs where the "Last Used (UTC)" date is from a few months ago. Is there a way for QV to automatically delete these, or do I have to do it one at a time?

Also, the "Quarantined Until (UTC)" column is empty on every line, where I thought it would give me a date where upon the Assigned CAL would be deleted.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Removing CAL's must be done manually. See the answer here: Allow Dynamic CAL Assignment
