      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi, yer the $::&lt;SPAN style="color: #3d3d3d; font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, Arial, 'Lucida Grande', sans-serif;"&gt;FiscalYear&lt;/SPAN&gt; means the value of &lt;SPAN style="color: #3d3d3d; font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, Arial, 'Lucida Grande', sans-serif;"&gt;FiscalYear&lt;/SPAN&gt; in the current set of selections you usually use this when comparing values between alternate states. ie StateA::&lt;SPAN style="color: #3d3d3d; font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, Arial, 'Lucida Grande', sans-serif;"&gt;FiscalYear&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Steve&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
