Hi,

I was wondering if there was a way to do an input box that calculates write offs for receivables. For example I would want an input box with:

Customer Name = xyz

Write-Offs = 10%

Then this would multiply the amount due from company xyz by (1-10%) to give me the amount after write-offs, but I would have the ability to change the percentage. Thank you.

Hi JOhn,

Maybe like attached. I created an input box where you can enter the company name and value and in the straight table it would multiply only that particular company with the value thats entered.

That worked for me. To take it a step forward is there a way to make it have all the Companies selected?

Sure. I have made some changes. Now you can enter 'All' in the input box and the value would apply to all companies or enter specific company name and would work like before.
