help please: what is wrong into the following expression ?

sum({<left(FLAG_PART,2)={'OM'}>} ORDERS)

You can only use pure field names on the left of the equal sign in a set analysis field modifier. So either create a field in your script that contains only the left most two chars of field FLAG_PART, or use a search expression:

sum({< FLAG_PART = {"OM*"}>} ORDERS)
