It means users just has to use for example, </SPAN><A class="jive-link-external-small" href="http://abc.def.com/qlikview">http://abc.def.com/qlikview</A><SPAN> to access instead of </SPAN><A class="jive-link-external-small" href="http://">http://</A><SPAN>&lt;IP address&gt;/qlikview. </SPAN></SPAN></P><P>Machine name and IP address remains unchanged. Just added new record in dns.</P><P></P><P>After that we are encountering login issues in AccessPoint whereby it keeps prompting username and password (maximum 3 times) before it freezes there.
