It is very easy to add new facts (as long as they share the same granularity), new dimensions, or extend existing dimensions."

How can they be "extended easily" ? Why is it easy to add new facts if they share the same granularity ?

Hi John,

same granularity of facts means they use the same dimensions. So in this case you can just add a new fact field in the existing fact table or join a whole new fact table to the existing.

- Ralf
