A good start is to check if another program use port 80.

For instance IIS.

Hi,

u changed Some services instead of automatic , Manual let's try to change in services which u change Manual those u Change to automatic ur problem resolved.

Let's Try to Restart all Services, Related to QMC. First Start Qlikview Server.
