Using data from another chart

Sorry if the question is weird.

I have 2 chart objects in my sheet.

One is pivot table with dimension as Dimension1 and 2 column values as expression1 and expression2.

Second is a bar chart with dimension as Dimension2 and values as expression3 and expression4.

Now what I really want is expression3=sum(expression1) for all possible values of Dimesion2 if a selection is made in Dimension1

and expression4=sum(expression2) for all possible values of Dimesion2
