Data Reduction to detail information, but all data in general information

Hi People, I have a doubt and i think that you could help me to find the better solution to improve and create a good application and have good results.

I will have to do all work with differents kind of security and data reduction is an option to do it, but my client would like to applicate data reduction in some cases , but in other cases not aplicate data reduction

example:

There are diferent office: A , B , C , D . the chief of each office would see all the data of her/his office only, he acces to the detail information of his office to analyze and take conclusion , but he want to see how is going vs other office too.

In this cases the data reduction do not allow me to see general information

any help or comment to a possible way to do it will be appreciate a lot of!

if you mean loop and reduce by data reduction, you will have to do some aggregation on the data model to provide the other office info to the chiefs.

perhaps with two different docs

- doc with detailed info and section access

- doc with aggregate data and no restrictions to compare between offices

Hi, people

I think in use data reduction and create table using aggr or gruop by and create other tables wiith resume information that permit to the chief office see how is going and compare with others office,

create other document is a possibility but the client do not want for the licence.

is there a posibility to use data reduction in one part of the document or in one sheet and not use in other sheet?

do you know other posibility to do it?
