Charts in PDF not retaining colour

Hi All ,

We have a requirement from client to export Bar chart and Pie chart to PDF. Pie chart is coming perfectly in PDF.

For Bar chart is not showing any color (Grey color) ,when seeing in print preview all the bar charts are coming in color but in pdf report it is coming as grey color ,

Added the below settings.ini and restarted the QlikView Server Service also

[Settings 7] section.
SlowPrinting=1
Still not working.

Please could you advise on this

You may need to switch to a line Chart if you want to get the color, I had the same problem in the past.

So I switched to using the line chart

Do you have the "Use Patterns instead of colours When Printing" option ticked on the Chart Colour Properties?

Untick this option then try the pdf.

But i want Bar Charts only. so any solutions for that ?

As informed by Colin, go to Colors tab and untick When Printing under Use Patterns Instead of Colors.

I have changed the style of Bar chart and it works for me.
