Under System | Setup | Directory Service Connectors and Active Directory I am setting up a connector to our Active Directory. I am using a service account we use in our group and on other applications to access AD. I have everything setup correctly but when I am in a document and choosing to distribute the document to named users I open it to browse AD and when I put in a name or group I get no results found. I also added this service account to the local admins group and the Qlikview admins group but still see no results. Is there a log file or does this seem like something I may need to call support on? Thanks.

Hi.

Have you tried to add * to the search request or you type the exact user name ?

Don't you have red * symbols in System | Setup | Directory Service Connectors and Active Directory to the right of the password field ? This means that there is some problem with the connection to the directory service.
