How to get counts independently the selecting criteria

HI,

In attached qvw i have displayed created and solved date.

i want to add year and month select option and display the count of created tickets and solved tickets in tex boxes by considering the selected month.

So don't know how to get months independently the solve or created month and display relevant stats. pls help

Try this expression

=Count([solve date])

If not this.

Please explian in detailed..

Create field like Year(Datefield) as Year, Month(Datefield) as Month and take list box of this fields and automatically when you select in list boxes data will display according to that.

Or count and field like any ID or date field.

yes, i know how to get year and month separately. but the problem that i have is i have two date feilds created and solve.

So i want to display the solve tickets in january when i select january in list box.

but the problem is that selection depend on the datefeild i use in select box

This help me lot, but here also you use two months as created and solve.

i want to use one, anay way i don't think it is possible,

but i can continu my work from this.
