Export to excel from Publisher

Is there a way to have a publisher task distribute a excel file to a share on the network? We have a reports share that we publish some reports to and as we convert some reports to Qlikview we are wondering if instead of having publisher publish them to the AP if we could tell it just to export a set of data to an .xlsx and replace it every day on the reports share. Thanks.

Hi,

You can use a macro for sending the filtered excel data with email to the users or by printing xls file or pdf file you can use Nprinting option to send users by email.

I will look at it but not sure a product we would have to buy will be evaluated. Thanks.
